Media/Press Accreditation
Theater and venue capacity may be limited for certain events within the Film Festival. Therefore, the Tahoe/Reno International Film Festival (T-RIFF)® grants media accreditation on a quota system for film, arts, and entertainment journalists. To apply for accreditation, please comply with the directives below.
ACCREDITATION REQUESTS
An early application is advisable but does not guarantee an accreditation slot.
To request accreditation, please forward the application, click here, to our public relations director below, along with the information requested in the following Check List.
Check List
- Correspondence from your editor/producer describing your assignment to the Tahoe/Reno International Film Festival. Included must be your organization's intent to publish/air your submissions and a specification of the type of coverage planned (e.g. general festival information, film reviews, celebrity/director/producer interviews, etc.). Please note the circulation/ audience scope of the publication/media group.
- Significant coverage of a film festival or a film, arts, and entertainment story written or produced with your byline and recently dated.
- A current issue/example of your publication/media group.
Please note: we cannot consider incomplete requests so be sure to remit all of the above.

T-RIFF's public relations department will acknowledge the receipt and status of your request in a timely manor. Press accreditation to T-RIFF is granted at the discretion of the PR team and the T-RIFF Board of Directors. Upon approval, you will be notified immediately.
